A. Shipping Information

I. Delivery area

Delivery is only possible within Germany.

If you would like to have your order shipped to another country , please contact our customer support before placing an order and tell us the item including quantity, delivery address, postcode and destination country. We will then contact our shipping partner and let you know as soon as possible whether we can ship to the desired country and, if necessary, provide you with the shipping costs.

II. Shipping costs

The shipping costs are 5.99€ including VAT per order.

III. Information on delivery

Delivery time

Orders received by 12pm on working days will be dispatched the next working day at the latest. Delivery times within Germany vary depending on the shipping method and the recipient's location.

The estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days

Calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

For deliveries we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

II. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. The following cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express

2. PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and make the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.

3. Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer payment by invoice. Payment is made to Klarna.

The use of the "invoice" payment method requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we will forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. 4. Instant bank transfer

“Instant transfer – pay easily and directly.

"Sofort." is the direct transfer process of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay safely and conveniently with your usual online banking details (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. We receive a real-time confirmation after the transfer has been completed. This means we can ship stock items immediately and you receive your purchases faster.

5. Google Pay

You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device by following the verification steps.
