II. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are tiered according to shipping zones and depend on the destination country and shipping method:

III. Delivery information

Delivery time

Orders received by 12 noon on weekdays will be dispatched the next business day at the latest.

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days, depending on the shipping method.

Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination country and shipping method and are usually 4-6 business days .

Calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends on the expiry of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.

II. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. The following cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.

2. PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. Log in with your PayPal details or create an account.
4. Confirm the payment and return to us automatically.

3. Purchase on account via Klarna

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sweden, we offer payment by invoice. Payment is due to Klarna within 14 days of shipment.

4. Instant bank transfer

Secure and direct with your online banking details (PIN/TAN) via Sofort GmbH (Klarna).

5. Google Pay

Pay with Google Pay on supported devices using your payment details stored in the app.
